Coming back to the Bay to fat

Whenever I am back home I always eat. Why? Because I want to see friends and food is a great way to do it!

I mean, I went to La Penca Azul and got a burrito so big I had to save the other half for breakfast, which was still too much.

Then I went to Eureka! in Berkeley to eat this!

Then I went to see “Jackie” which was so heartbreaking, yet told so well that I just really couldn’t even grasp the whole concept of the darkest week in American history. Amazing!!!

Being an extra once again!

I was sworn to secrecy and not allowed to share on social media about this, but I’ll do it anyway.

A couple days ago I was back with the crew I do filming with to be an extra. (My first since Moneyball). This one for the Amazon show I won’t name but I will link photos to here.

It was awesome. We were there from 7:30am to almost 6:30pm filming. The entire thing was set at a high school and I sat all over the place and was filmed for several scenes, even making a friend named Carlos along the way.

We would shoot, retake, shoot again. Then we would wait a little outside. Then we would come back in, go to new places in the theater and shoot some more scenes. It was real cool to watch the actors do their lines, meet Dee, and even just kind of chill.

They fed us sandwiches and snacks and so forth. I didn’t win any raffle prizes. But still, overall, it was so cool to act and just be in a show. Catch me when it airs!

Farewell red brick dorms at SJSU

I lived in Royce during my freshman year. I experienced college there for the first time. Homework. Drinking. Slacking off. Drug use. I didn’t do all of that. But I saw some of it. Oh and it was fun to meet people and just getting to enjoy the college life right in the heart of campus.

They are gone now. I will miss it. So many memories all gone.

Thank you brick dorms. It was fun!
